Besides, the article is written for those that involved in law field. The language is also hard to understand because the writer uses jargon. Only peoples who involved in law can know the meaning very well.

For me, both articles are hard to understand because they used jargon. For the first the use politic language and the second is the writer use law language. But, it is our 3 and 4 portfolio. We must to that even though it is very difficult to understand.
